PRINCETON'S NATALIE KIM NAMED APRIL 28 SOUTHERN DIVISION PLAYER OF THE WEEK

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. (April 29, 2008) -- Princeton University goalie Natalie Kim (Sr., Palos Verdes, Calif./PV Peninsula) made 30 saves in 92 minutes to lead the No. 20-nataionlly ranked Tigers to a third place finish at the Eastern Championship and earn the April 28 Southern Division Player of the Week award.

Kim, who earned All-Tournament first team honors for her performance, recorded eight saves in a 7-6 win over Bucknell University in the opening round before stopping 10 shots in a 7-4 loss to No. 11-ranked the University of Michigan in the semifinals.

In the third place game, she blocked away 12 shots in 30 minutes of work to guide Princeton over the University of Maryland 9-2.
